Guidance, Support & Community

Whether you're on the path to reintegration or supporting a loved one, find essential tools, guidance, and community resources to help every step of the way.

  • Salisbury Stret Foundation provides a residential intensive reintegration programme for men that meet the criteria. These brochures provide a brief overview of who we are.

  • This strategy lays the groundwork for a long-term vision aimed at sustaining and supporting the reintegration of individuals who participate in our program.

  • Clients under the care of Corrections can be referred by their case manager through Refer Online.

The completed referral will be assessed by a multidisciplinary team, consisting of representatives from SSF and Department of Corrections, against the eligibility criteria to evaluate suitability.

  • The purpose of the David Saunders Further Education Scholarship is to honour the legacy of the former board members' passion for reintegration and rehabilitation by offering funding for educational and professional development.

Any application will be in line with our objectives in the constitution to carry out services which are beneficial to the participating individuals, reduces criminal offending, promoting positive lifestyles all through the provision of education or vocational training.

The Trust will provide a funding opportunity of up to $3000 each year, which will be open to staff and residents who have achieved Green Status in their journey at the Salisbury Street Residential Programme.

  • Your donation to Salisbury Street Foundation directly supports a range of reintegration programmes designed to help individuals rebuild their lives, reconnect with their communities, and move forward with purpose. Every contribution plays a vital role in enabling lasting change and strengthening the journey toward social inclusion.
